    Hardly inspiring reading but as long as minister Kelly is in situ I would be surprised if the service was pulled...

    Couple of inaccuracies in article including referring to the Nenagh line as "previously disused", good quality journalism there!

    But surely the service cannot be massively costly to run - a few gatekeepers apart...

    Will be interesting to see how the service develops (or perhaps not!). Article says that train filled up quite well from ballybrophy onwards.

    there's plenty of discussion of why the service costs what it does if you search the forum for prior posts.
