Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm fitter than Glen Whelan I'd say

Is Trap doing his bit for Italy ?
Why would he make a change and get Ireland back into the game and see his country of birth sent out of the tournament.
He will play the same ****e 11 until the 80th min or if Italy score he will make a few token changes safe in the knowledge Italy are through.

Whelan looks like he's running up the travelator from gladiators.

Spain walking a tightrope. If Croatia score they're finnish

    McGeady is doing fine imo.

Everytime he makes a decision it's the wrong one. He reminds me so much of Milan Baros - just puts his head down running into defenders without any kind of awareness of what's going on around him. How many decent crosses has he put in tonight?

Shane Long must be considering retirement as long as Trap is manager. How Keane, Whelan and McGeady are still out there is crazy. Loyalty is commendable but come on!

Another thing I'll never understand is how these professional athletes can be tired from 3 games in 8 days is beyond me

    McGeady is doing fine imo.
Other than a poor cross, I don't think he has misplaced a pass, has also made a few key tackles and interceptions.

It wouldl be a lot more suspicious if he sent out a completely new team tbf

    No I didn't.

    You are a liar.

I said I would not be wishing for the better option to retire.

And why did you say he's not better? You said he can't be good enough as he doesn't start at club level.

    Love that chant!

We can all go to bed happy now, forget about the score in this game or the previous games we have found a new chant.

Extremely successful tournament all round then.

Everybody knows Given is better than Westwood right now.

That isn't in question depsite poor displays in Euros.

The f**ker will have nothing to rant about after this game:D

Except maybe the mediocrity of our team, which was his point in the first place.

We should bring on Robbie Keane.

    Hang on...

Shay Givens errors are a symptom, not the cause of Ireland's problems.

Andrews has had more shots at goal than anyone else in the tournament.

FFS lads give it a break. Given is obviously carrying an injury. A fully fit Shay Given is the first name on the teamsheet automatically. This tournament he has been let down by the four in front of him who have been absolutely dreadful.

How many decent crosses has he put in tonight?

How many decent ones has duff put in??? Its always mcgeady, easy target to slag. Look around the whole 11. And hes first to come off, even though whelan is hanging together.

I'd prefer if they were playing in Gdansk so that we could concentrate on the one in Poznan. ;)
