Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all

    Been around here for a few months,posting a few shots in the "random" thread
    Now its time to expose myself in a photography sense that is.
    apologies for dates on some.
    Some have been taken with several different compacts ranging from 4MP to 8Mp,i have just bought a Fuji 14PM s Series,so starting to take it more serioulsy,anyway let me know what you think,i have tweaked around with a few

    With all due respect, asking for C&C for 13 random photos is a bit much. Post one or two at a time and you have some chance of getting an in depth critique rather than "love no. 4" or "my fav is No. 6" which is all you'll get with a large number of photos.

    Like no. 5 in the 'after-cut' series - there is a feel of anticipation in that.

    The other ones don't do it for me, I'm afraid. IMHO no. 1 would benefit from a different crop and a slight horizon straightening; no. 6 needs to be straightened and perhaps cropped differently - I'm kinda missing some point of focus despite the rope leading me into the frame; no. 4 seems to be out of focus (maybe it's just me?).

    Don't give up though - I'm no expert myself, so if you are happy with them, that's what matters. :)
