If I did get fired I think I'd never work at my job again. I hate it so much.
I'd much rather do something I enjoyed for minimum wage than my job now.
I had a dream about starting a business. I wonder if I should.

If this is a mistake that cost your boss a substantial sum. It happened to me. Didn't lose my job, a difficult few months with strain before I finally left. Then it is the employer's insurance should cover the cost. If you've a contract and what does it say to qualify a dismissal?
