Banks lending to owners of investment properties?

Would be interested in opinions please. I have 2 investment properties as well as my family home. Both are Dublin apartments and just about in negative equity. Family home is nearly paid for thank god (started young!) Might be looking at trading up the family home over the next year or so and just wondering if the banks…
