Immersion switch jammed

Hey guys, My immersion switch has recently become jammed and I'm not sure why. The bath / sink switch works ok but the on / off switch is stuck. Any ideas? Thks is in advance!

Its just a dodgy switch,it happens.

Needs to be replaced.
