    Please do what u can by sharing links on Facebook and tweeting & retweeting the appeal using #FINDJAMES.
    If possible use twitter as it penetrates a much larger audience.
    If anyone is in poland or knows of someone in poland, that are in the position t...o travel to bydgoszcz to help look for james, please do.
    The lads need all the help and support they can get,they seem to be lost in translation with the polish police at times and we can imagine how difficult this is.
    Please please please, if you have a day or two to spare in poznan or any part of poland, please get up to bydgoszsc and help find Jam Nolan.
