Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey all,

First things first, sorry if this is the incorrect forum. There seems to be a great number of forums that this thread is actually suited for, so if this is the wrong one...sorry

So as the title suggests, I have bad skin. This bit of bad skin is located on my nose. It mainly that the pours in my skin are just very visible and there are one or two areas where the skin is raised(like spots, but not spots)...

So I'm looking for advice on making is skin look cleaner, more natural and pretty...

I'm 24, a guy and any advice and help would be great. Need to get this sorted out, as Its kinda affecting my self esteem...

    Cheers

Do you have any type of skin care routine? If not, I'd say start!

Do you know what type of skin you have? You should be looking for products to compliment your skin type - dry, oily, normal, combination. Most products will say on the front what skin they're good for.

If you want men specific products try Nivea For Men (available in Boots and chemists), higher up on the scale is Kiehls (Dublin store), Clinique and Clarins (some Boots, department stores, BT, Arnotts, Debenhams). Good unisex brands (only difference to mens is the smell) are Garnier, Boots Botanics range, Clean and Clear.

Here's what you should look for:

Cleanse - a face wash for morning and night, every day.

Moisturise - cream for use after the face wash, morning and night, every day! You should look into one with a SPF factor to protect from sun damage.

Exfoliate - an exfoliator to use every few days, or as directed on packaging. These products contain little grains or beads that help to buff away the dry skin on your face. Use moisturiser after, and you'll notice your skin softer and "brighter".
