Hi hope some one can advise/help me with this, I won a constructive dismissal case against my ex employer . I was awarded 4 weeks wages (1200.00 euro). My ex employer has basicaly ignored the award and has not paid me a cent. Now he is going to cease trading as a limited company and open a new business as a sole trader.…
