Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

GAME 25: Czech v Portuguese
GAME 26: Germany v Greece
GAME 27: Spain v France
GAME 28: England v Italy

I expect the Portuguese, Germans and Spanish to qualify for the Semi's comfortably, there is very little between Italy and England neither up to much IMHO.

Sickend france finished 2nd last night and now have to play spain. backed them months ago. o well it will make for a very interesting viewing saturday down the pub

Very hard to call these games. I think Germany will scrape through against Greece, i don't thnk it will be a hammering. 1-0.

Portugal were great against a dire Holland, they should get through tomorrow, might be the most exciting of the quarter finals.

I'd go for 1-0 for Spain against France, and 2-1 for England against Italy. England are awful, yet they'll scrape into the semi finals i reckon.

Don't want to appear overly biased or anything but I can't see Greece scoring 2 against us with what appears to be their main goal supplier suspended. Actually I can't see it even if he was there or even if they could clone him into two Karagounis'.

Germany appear not as swashbuckling as they seemed in 2010 because teams sit a lot deeper against us now, but I think they're stronger than 2 years ago.

Again don't want to appear overconfident but right now I can only see Spain, Italy or Portugal really getting to us.

On the other ones: Ye, can't see past Portugal tomorrow myself. Spain is still the team of the hour and France seem very fragile, Spain all the way. Italy def'ny a good bit stronger than England but no way 4:1. England aren't pretty to watch but they play to their strengths and nobody is going to put 4 past their defense, no way. Hard to call that one.
