Interpreter for civil wedding ceremony English to Spanish

One of the witnesses at our wedding ceremony doesn't speak good English, so we were looking to see what the cost for an official interpreter would be for the ceremony, which usually lasts 20-30 minutes. Anyone out there had a similar experience, or know where we could get a qualified English to Spanish interpreter? Cheers!
