I'm looking for some recommendations for courier companies and have searched google for answers, can anyone recommend some that would meet this criteria? * Fast same day collection/return * Able to collect on short notice * Easy online booking facility * 'Pay as you go' * As cheap as possible

What kind of things are you sending?
What kind of distances are you sending them?
Where are you sending them from?

In general I don't you can get both the best rates and pay as you go service. The best rates are usually offered to people who open up an account and can prove that they are sending large volumes.
