honestly, in my opinion, NO! stay away at all costs.
its beside a council estate (alverno court) with groups of kids hanging round causing trouble.
but like i said thats just my opinion

My family live there, most of them anyway. Utter scum all round the place save a few rare people. Alverno Court is a rotten place, 'specially with Inse Bay right next door.
