    If your buying the house in Kilbelin Abbey , its prob the one just a few doors up from me , the builders have been working on it the last few weeks .

    In terms of snagging get a professional to do it , dont spare on the cost it will save you a LOT of money in the long run.

    Drop me a PM if you want a few areas in Particular to look out for that we had issues with.

    We have used Noel Larkin & Associates a couple of times. They are fantastic. The last house - the snag list was 21 pages long - builder nearly had a heart attack!!!
