    Reynolds back in the ring fighting for a title versus another unbeaten boxer. It'll be some achievement if he wins a pro title at 40!

    Yeah there's a bus going up and back the same night. Over 100 going up from Sligo!

    yeah, he deserves the support for all the years he has put into boxing (and the stick he has taken for ensuring Sligo's parking affairs are in order)

    He sounds pretty confident as well!

    It was an amazing night. Might run a airing of the video in a Sligo pub just to show people what a fight it was.

    Seasoned journalists at ringside saying it was the most exciting fight they've ever seen.

    Great idea..I couldn't make Belfast so I'd def be up for that. The commentary was pretty good too. A real roller coaster cliff hanger...

    I can remember a good few years ago, Alan was fighting in Belfast during the afternoon, cant remember what the occasion was, but the up-date commentary had put Alan as losing with one round to go and was "fighting for his professional career".

    The crowd in Belfast got behind him and Alan must have fought like a lion to come back and win.....and then the radio played this...I'll never forget it.

    Definitely! What a scrap! Block can bang and always looked confident and in control, quick back to the corner to get on with the fight. Big respect to Block and Trainor, Shame it wasn't on RTE.

    Well it all went pretty damn well. Plenty of people coming up to me saying the headliner was the best fight they've seen in an Irish ring.
