    Just got a bill from meteor and noticed I am being charged .082 cent for some of my messages.Im on the bill pay lite option,200 texts per month.
    Anyone know what this charge is and way it is only on some messages I sent?

    No but even if I did they then should be charging be .10 cent a text.

    They usually display without VAT in the summary
