New Post Icon not Appearing

    Small thing but I'd thought I'd mention it.

    When I'm in a forum I don't see the New Post icon in the bar at the top right. I still see it on the main page.

    Using IE8 on Windows 7.

    Not happening with Firefox 12 on Vista.
