Nah, they could just use hairspray. It's funny they couldn't cover the plaster with concealer (there's some really great ones that wouldn't even be noticeable e.g. keromask, dermablend), but I suppose it's the information that people should be watching for, not what she looks like

I wouldn't have a clue about that stuff but given the amount of makeup out there it's not surprising, odd though as you say, they didn't cover it better.
