Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Unusual bra size... where to find nice lingerie?!

    Hi all,

I am a 30F, which is an extremely annoying bra size to find underwear for. I usually manage to find nice bras, but finding sexy stuff is a bit more of a challenge - even Ann Summers often doesn't have my size.

    Any suggestions?!

Hey OP im quite a big busted lady myself and I find the only place where I can get a decent bra is debenhams, they are nice now, a bit pricy at around €30 for 1 nice one but thats the only place I can find them. They size you and go find the bras for you and everything, very good service! :)

Try Bravissimo http://www.bravissimo.com, you can search by size. They had a good few styles in 30F.

Wow, are you me? I was just in Arnott's earlier today. Couldn't find anything in-store :(

I've been meaning to look at http://bramora.com because they seem to be good for DD+ sizes, but a lot of places stop a 30-back at DD. According to them we don't exist.

Other than that, it's online, so Bravissimo as Twee said. Other sites are recommended here >http://www.thinandcurvy.com/2011/02/where-can-i-buy-my-new-correct-bra-size.html. I personally love the Curvy Kate brand :D

Finally; don't ever, ever let shops measure you and add 4-5 inches. An inch maybe, if you prefer the fit, but adding 4-5 inches won't give enough support, especially to DD+ gals. Now if only lingerie companies realised this, they'd measure a smaller back, and make more 30 band DD+ bras...
(thin and curvy does have a few links demonstrating why adding 4-5 inches does not work)

    I'm a 32e which is not dissimiliar

For brands, fantasie and freya are fantastic, and I recommend the gorgeous range from debenhams too

Expensive, but in the sales you can get great value

+1 on Bravissimo. Although there are a couple of specialist lingerie shops in various cities in Ireland but I still use Bravissimo (order online or going into one of their shops in the UK when I'm over). Their returns policy is really good, so you can order a couple of sizes and send back whatever doesn't fit. Also, other customers post reviews so you can get a good idea about the fit and make of the bras.

Am overdue a visit to bravissimo, try to get over once a year to stock up, but debenhams during the sales are good value, hate being a 32J :(

Panache bras have a great selection of sizes and I love their balconettes in 36JJ :) I usually use http://www.figleaves.com/uk/ for shopping but if you know what you're looking for, there are good bargains on ebay as well

Bramora should definitely stock your size. I've seen a few fairly bedroom-worthy pieces in Debenhams too, saw a few fairly nice Ultimo pieces in a 30G with 70% off in the sale so they'd do your size too.

Try TK Maxx too, they often have unusual bra sizes that are cheap too.
