Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looking at photos of myself recently and I have noticed I have a very pale complexion.

Is there anything I can do to improve this?

I sleep well and have a good diet. I was looking at some moisturisers in the chemist but not sure would they be any good for it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

SPF in foundations makes your face very white in photos. Try a foundation without SPF when you go out at night.

    This ^^
I was horrified when I saw photos of myself on new years looking like I had sudocreme on my face - despite fake tan I was ghostly faced. Saw the SPF advice on boards and sure enough there was spf in my foundation so I picked up a non SPF foundation and it made a massive difference!!

Yeah I wear lashings of SPF but I'm naturally pale so it never looks odd in photos!

Just make sure you're careful and don't forgo sun protection even if it looks funny in photos:)

the spf is only really an issue with flash so I only avoid spf when I'm doing evening or nighttime makeup. some powders will also react badly with flash on cameras so you'll have to see if that's an issue too
