    anyone else here that CP is closing after tonight.
    Not trying to start a rumour but it has been posted on facebook by a pretty reliable source

    Have been there a few times unfortunately whenever I go back to Galway I have friends who insist on going there.
    And take it from someone who has actually been to good nightclubs it's a kip.
    Still I suppose it suits some peoples tastes I just can't see why

    It's actually a good nightclub by Galway standards. More of a pub man myself but I've only had good experiences in there. Nice staff, understandable bouncers who'll let you in if you aren't googly-eyed drunk and great for the women too.

    It's/was a "nightclub" for people that don't like music or nightclubs.
