Have just found out my girlfriend has fallen off a horse and injured herself. She has not got alot of time to finish her rural work. Has to wait for xrays to be clear. I read on immi.gov that you cannot count days injured towards your rural work days. What i am wondering is can she get an extension to finish it? I can not find any info so its looking doubtful. Just looking to double check.

there is a thing called a bridging visa for those applying for new visas.
Best bet would be to phone up and ask them.
Explain your situation and hope for the best.

More than likely bridging visa would not work here. A bridging visa is a visa you would be granted when you have applied for another one and waiting on outcome. So this would not be the case on a WHV.

Best bet is to ring them. But don't expect a good outcome.

<SNIP> No illegal visa advice please, or even hinting at it
