    She completely dodged the question about the adopted child, she felt guilty about lying to someone in that situation.

    OK so I feel kind of stupid now.

    Are you guys saying this is a fraud?
    I rang in last night as I am quite nervous about an exam I have next week.It was expensive but I thought it would be worth it if it put my mind at ease.

    Are you guys seriously saying I wasted my money?

    I get the impression they're cutting callers off a good 10 - 20 seconds before the end of call so they can't do a "F*CK YOU" etc.
