He is not saying the above....he is wishing bad luck on him, and in my own sense of decency towards people, I don't condone anyone wishing bad luck on anyone. Am annoyed also at your comment towards me.

Also the website is back but a lot of the psychic images are 'broken'. The 2 psychics I linked to as having images stolen from porn sites in this thread before have just disappeared, they haven't even bothered giving them generic images. I guess Telemedia InteracTV did some background checks on the people and figured this isn't the kind of thing they want representing their organisation :rolleyes: , they do only hire 1 in 10 afterall.

FWIW we all disapprove of this show and it's methods. At the end of the day, Flathan, Sue or Starella are the public faces of this show but they are not responsible for producing it. The production formula employs a hard sell to lure callers.

Under normal circumstances Sue and Flathan are people making a living from their chosen profession and people choose of their own volition to engage their services.

Disagree with the profession, not those practicing it. Were the PsychicsLive crew to become accountants or shop owners tomorrow, three other individuals would take their place. Wishing terrible things to happen to any of them is out of order. You disagree with their work or their particular way of doing that job? Fine. Comment on that. None of us knows these three in a personal capacity and it's unfair to summarily judge them on their public persona. A lot of us are somewhat different people in work than we are kicking back after a hard day having a pint.

The goal of this thread is to highlight PsychicsLive and provide a medium for comment as well as informing those who feel a need to make an official complaint. Those wishing to directly attack the psychics personally should probably start another thread for that.

Yes I do disagree with their line of work and I also disagree with the way they do their job. Whatever about the show and its producers and the script, what Flathan and the other psychics are doing is unethical. I am sure they were not forced into this job? They have to mental capacity to be able to tell somebody that they will win the lottery or find love in the next few months I am pretty sure they can tell the difference what is ethical and what is not ethical. The psychics themselves (as well as the producers) are pure and utter fraudsters.

Regarding my point, what Flathan et al do is a disagreeable profession to many people but there are a bunch of professions out there that could be considered disagreeable. People wishing to partake of the services provided must actively seek them out however. The difference with PsychicsLive is that it is itself actively seeking customers and so those who might not otherwise avail of psychic services are encouraged to participate. It is entirely up to an individual to decide their own ethical code and, what is acceptable to some may not be so for others. The primary issue here is the predative nature of the entire show and not the ethics of individual psychics.

On a serious note though, it is interesting to note that a lot of people are making very harsh and often astonishingly cruel remarks about the other three psychics, whereas the goalposts have moved somewhat for Flathan. I'm not criticizing that necessarily; he has charm and seems to have a sense of irony about what he does, and those things will get you a long way. He's still ultimately doing the exact same thing as the other three, however. It's an interesting phenomenon to see unfold.
