Telemedia Producers, if your reading this please get Starella to stop saying she is in Ireland as I would hate her to be in violation of Chapter 2 Section 43 part 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 2007 which states "A commercial practice is misleading if it includes the provision of false information in relation to any matter set out in subsection and that information would be likely to cause the average consumer to make a transactional decision that the average consumer would not otherwise make."
