    You'd think so because the charge by the minute but in reality for every person that gets through to the studio there are plenty more people on hold. So really the people who get through are just an advertisement to entice more people to call. They probably think it's too risky keep people on too long in case it makes them look bad if they are either a troll or Wayne somehow gets something wrong (no confirmed cases of this yet)

    @Stuck Cone - picture not a right one there, its only in the last few shows that they are cutting people off as the psychic is giving the reading!

    Just my opinion here but I feel an 'Entertainment Service' should not be allowed to give out any bad news at all. Entertainment service displayed or not people still believe in this and if you are marketing yourself as pure entertainment why worry people needlessly? :mad:
