Self-catering in Waterford City

Just wondering if anyone knows a good place that does short-term self-catering rentals near the city? Theres a few of us heading down for a weekend but most places seem to be a minimum of 7 days.

Also, do WIT rent out their campus accomodation to tourists during the summer?
I know some of the Dublin based colleges do and it works out cheap enough

I think I remember seeing a sign or something saying Riverwalk (WIT accomodation) were doing rentals for the Summer a few years ago. Can't seem to find anything about it now though. Maybe get in contact yourself and see if they still do it.
