Infractions Tab Missing for User

    If I look at my own profile I can see an Infractions tab but I have noticed it missing for at least one other user who definitely has at least one infraction. Is this deliberate?

    No not deliberate, as you said it's still there for you. Who is the user in question? (PM me if it's sensitive for any reason)

    It was caused by a change we made to how permissions are cached for the touch site.

    Seems unrelated? Well that's vBulletin for you :)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
