Sim City is on the way back, there was a very impressive presentation at E3 - one of the few highlights of the show for me.

Definitely Micro Machines. That's crying out for a modern re-imagination.

I'd throw Rainbow Islands in for consideration as well. I know there was a remake of Sensible Soccer recently but a good top-down version of that would be a great alternative to FIFA & Pro Evo. And on the Sensible Software theme, a new Cannon Fodder could work.

X-Wing, Tie Fighter, Wing Commander, Freespace... I want one of those (preferably on console.. controls would be an issue but I think you could do it with radial menus)

I used to love the die hard 2 part, played that for ages. I should still have a copy knocking around the attic somewhere. Must go look for it now.:D
