    Renovation of 3 bed end of terrace, rewire, new heating system, external wall insulation, attic insulation, replacement guttering, new bathroom.
    Also included are works for an extension on ground floor of kitchen - up to 25sq meters, and extension of one bedroom upstairs - up to 7sq meters over the already-being-extended kitchen. Just need basic structure in place.

    Works: 1970s detached house, upgrade heating, insulation & replace garage door.
    1. Plumbing:
    A. Supply & install new central heating system (external 90,000btu condensing oil burner or gas), rads, TRVs, dual zone, thermostat control.
    B. Open fire with back boiler; disconnect back boiler, block up open fire, remove fireplace/hearth, repanel/refinish where hearth was.
    C. Replace water cylinder, fit small rad in hotpresd & utility room.
    D. Replace base of ensuite shower, tap & attach to new central heating system.

    2. Insulation
    A. Attic: fit 300mm earth wool, add approx 10m2 flooring
    B. Dormer rooms: insulate around (from within attic)
    C. Void: insulation void w/ 300mm earth wool
    D. Kingspan/slabs: insulate ceiling of utility room, inside dormer rooms & 1 side of garage wall.

    3. Open fire: replace with 7kw inset stove (supply + fit or just fit), flexi flue liner, vermiculite, certify.

    4. Garage door: replace steel up & over with equivalent or better.

    Hello,

    Looking for 7 PV (photovoltaic panels) to be installed on the house roof.
    I have all the parts,cables,clamps,screws,adapters.
    I can supply scaffolding or cherry/scissor for easy access.
    Based in Dublin 15,access to house anytime.
    No certification or connection to main grid required yet,that will be electrician's work at a later stage.

    Got quotation for €2,000 which i think they are for pre_2008 season(s) :)

    Works: Existing terraced cottage (16m2) with flat roof extension to rear (15m2) rebuilt in 2014, full access from laneway at rear. Works - Add second story to extension and incorporate attic (raising ridge line of roof needed) to create a new large open plan living room upstairs - Large windows in new rear wall upstairs, velux windows in existing ridged roof to front of house. Completed to a "Builder's Finish" and with a cert of compliance at the end.
    Precedent already set with many examples along the street.
