    Hi

My partner is coming to the end of year 2 on the Back to Work Enterprise Allowance, now the business is surviving but not making enough to sustain wages. What if any are his entitlements when the BTWEA finishes ? I'm sure there has to be other people out there in a similar situation !. Any advice on what he should do ?

    Thanks

If they come off BWEA or such and they are earning less than 188 profit a week then they can apply for JA subject to a means test! They will be then brought up to the 188:D, they can also apply for SWA such as rent allowance. The means test would include a/c s for last year as a guide, bank and savings balances, capital such as property etc., ect..
