Firstly, are you sure it's the pump? What are the symptoms?

New pumps you can order online. For instance here
    http://www.pelicanparts.com/BMW/catalog/shopcart/BE39/POR_BE39_SUSstr_pg1.htm
but check on ebay and other places.

Perhaps ring local motor factors. But then you need the part number, you can find that out using this
    http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do

Apparently www.driveshaft.ie recons pumps, ring them.

    Thanks.

Symptoms are that it gets tight sometimes say when pulling into a car parking spot. Its noisy sometimes too. Generally feels tight on slow turns.

    Nct says

    Steering linkage....power steering function....ineffec/inefficient....fail/refusal

    Steering linkage....power steering function...Noisy....fail/refusal

I suggest take it to a mechanic or three first for diagnosis and a quote for fixing.
The pump is expensive so if the issue is something else or can be fixed by the mechanic in another way you can save some dosh.

Thanks Biko, took it to mechaninc, first he was going to replace the PS fluid but is now recommending doing the pump as he doesn't think the fluid change would sort the problem.

You could try sourcing a pump from a breakers but tbh I don't know if that's a good idea. Ring those people I linked to earlier.
