    God damn cake and pastries day again in work :(

    Massive slice of carrot cake (one of my veg for the day)
    A slice and a half ….who am I kidding……..two slices, of pecan chocolate tart (nuts are good right ?? There may have been a cherry on top too, so that’s one of my fruit for the day)

    thats it though till after Belmullet....i mean it this time

    They've had 4 x double deckers in the supermarket for a euro for weeks. A nice post LSR treat. :D

    Got home from swimming and threw the stir fry I'd prepared before leaving on the wok. Chopped up the fruit and whizzed up a smoothie. Had a lovely dinner. Went to make a cup of tea and grabbed two snack packs of buttons while grabbing my tea bag.

    I try. :(

    Non confession - I walked by co workers celebrating a birthday with fresh cream cakes, chocolate sponge cake and cookies...i resisted.

    Bloody chuffed someone said i looked sick looking in work today, i must be getting closer to race weight so:)

    No Training last week , absolutely none ! , lots of trash eaten aswell , ridiculous amount of chocolate comsumed . This week am a bit better , but not great . Trying to do up an annual program at the moment to swing into action the start of October

    Intern leaving the office today. Any excuse for a champagne Friday, and I hit the box of celebrations hard too. Still, went to the pool after anyway.

    Large bacon and cheese chip, portion of onion rings, chicken tenders in a river of sweet chilli sauce and a large glass of coke. My stomach feels twice the size it should be but in a oddly satisfying way....
