    Where to start.....Dogs night Friday night....Rake of beer....Sausage n chips at it....ouch.....Bloody chipper would have to be on way home after it...

    Snackbox......killer....Pity wife was with me, had to share Snackbox...:D

    Now bless myself, body of Christ....eat the bread...and pray for forgiveness. Training tomorrow...how can I look my team mates in face.

    Last race DONE !!

    after the race on Saturday i had :
    Lasagne dinner
    Chicken curry Dinner
    Dinner box (chips and 3 pieces of chicken)
    Two desserts
    Packet of cookies
    Mars Bar
    Moro
    Danish
    3 Cans of Beer

    More proud of that ^^^ than my race on Saturday

    3 belfast blondes
    3 paulaner
    1 red rebel
    1 friars
    1 galway hooker
    1 batter bugger
    1 batter sausage
    large chip
    can of coke
    slice of apple tart
    costa coffee - toffee cream cooler (with cream)

    It feels so wrong, bad living finishes this week, dont want to balloon back up in weight that took 8 weeks to shift!!
    Another session planned for after work today:rolleyes:

    Thats how it pronounced in Dublin chippers when you're full of gargle & hanging off the counter.

    They were showing batter burgers on Man Vs Food the other evening and I had an awful hankering for one. Nom, nom, nom!!

    400g toblerone. Caz had one triangle, I did the rest. It was out of the fridge too so jaw aches a bit today!

    Demolished a packet off Toffee Pops last night with a coffee. Thats me now, i have had my fun, it's back to a good balanced diet for me......promise.

    Pretty much the same thing after this injury, training volume and intensity restricted and a bit too much good food and booze over the summer and the number on the scales is pretty much now the "You. Diet. NOW." point...

    I had a kids party on Monday. I'm still working my way through the leftover crisps, skips, chicken drumsticks, cupcakes, ricecrispie buns and sweets.

    Pre marathon carb loading :)

    Any left overs bring them to Stand 15 at the Expo, plenty of help there to clear them up.

    I was about to fix it on the roadside then remembered that this was the Tuesday we have a guy in the bike shed doing services (every second Tuesday) so thought feck that, pumped it up and sailed the rest of the way in!
