Don't answer them & let them leave a message if they wan't you.
If there is no message then they just want to either con you or sell you something.

There is no way (for you) to find out, only the network can do that.
As said, let it go to voicemail and see if they leave a message about how your computer urgently needs fixing or a distant Nigerian relative have left you millions of dollars.
