    Just wondering whats wool making across the country got €1.30kg last year think local buyer only paying €1 kg this year

    110 a kilo up our way and that was without haggling

    Quoted 115/kg in west wicklow area yesterday , will probably just cover cost of shearing

    1euro here in Roscommon just always drop down to local guy he never comments on state of wool (wet this year)I never comment on what he pays came to over 3 euro a fleece this yr

    just got the check today. 1 euro per kilo.saying that the fleeces averaged 3.3 kilos so more than paid for shearing:cool:
