Hi Folks, alarm triggered when away. It was due to strong wind, external alarm went off after about 10 mins and system turned off about 10 hours later. Returned today after 5 days and there is a beep coming from internal panel every 10 mins or so.

I have had this on other alarms and it was due to mains off and internal battery dying.

    Any suggestions welcome.

    Thanks MAJJ

If you have a smoke alarm connected to your alarm system it may be the back up battery in the panel. If not it may be as simple as the battery in one of your smoke detectors.
