    My one is a UK sim free model and the website says it's available, but it's not.

    Going to try this (bear in mind, this is a flash and will wipe your phone)

    Even if you bought sim-unlocked from the UK it could be a few days before your place in queue comes up - you can use the cab sender method to update without flashing if you're desperate to get internet sharing and Flip to Silence, but otherwise I'd recommend hanging on a few days. O2 are usually good at authorising these updates so hopefully won't be too long for those either.

    Meh, just easier to flash and I only had the phone a couple of days so hadn't done too much since it still wasn't showing up the battery fix update that was there months ago! Anyways, all flashed, no issues. Took about 10 minutes.
