Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

UPC in Drogheda?

Someone told me they saw cables being laid by UPC recently around Drogheda. Does anyone know if there's any plans by UPC to bring digital TV/Broadband to Drogheda? Considering it is the largest town in Ireland it's hard to believe it is so badly in need of decent broadband options!!

Someone told me they saw cables being laid by UPC recently around Drogheda. Does anyone know if there's any plans by UPC to bring digital TV/Broadband to Drogheda? Considering it is the largest town in Ireland it's hard to believe it is so badly in need of decent broadband options!!

Rang 1908 and talked to Sales and according to her there are no plans to roll out cable in Drogheda. Just have to hope the Eircom fibre rollout will hit The Dublin Road area!!

there is plans to cable it,but not by upc.A private company intend to cable it and upc intend to lease it off them,something to do with stopping other companys using the upc network

There is a roadside ad up for UPC coming in to Julianstown. Any chance this is in preparation for a UPC rollout if the post above was true?
