    is it available every saturday only?

    You can't. You can do it in Ladbrokes, they accept it. There are six scoop six races every Saturday, you have to pick the winner of all six, think the cost is 1 or 2 euro.

    How ridiculous is it to pick the 6 winners, other words do they pick 6 races where you are better off throwing a dart at the form?

    It depends. Generally they are the big handicaps so they are hard races, but it has a huge following for a small stake
