    What is the price hike?

€1.50 per month from August. It just looks so sneaky when you see it on the back, I just glanced at the letter and stuck it in the drawer when I saw it yesterday.

    Haha,
Yep. They almost caught me out yesterday when I was looking at the letter as they were doing an awful lot of self promoting, but I still had a feeling they were trying to sell me something, and sure enough, on the reverse, is the other shoe.
Good timing all the same........ Seemed to be back up for a moment, but gone again in D22.

Phone and broadband down in Dublin 8, blackpitts too. Tv is working though.

I got a letter from upc too - speed upgraded to 60Mb (from 50). No mention of a price increase though.

I've scoured it. Mentions call charges changing but no change to price plan. I have the broadband less than a year so maybe they can't change the contract yet?

Still down here too, been busy all morning and when I finally sit down for a cuppa and some Netflix there's no connection! And it was only when I took out that letter from yesterday to see if there was a contact number on it that I realised they are hiking the price! Sneaky fcukers putting it on the back of the page!

Yes noticed that. Down in d12. d18 etc

I have a feeling that this is going to last a lot longer than normal? I just hope the same people that they send out to your home when there is a problem won't be trying to fix this.
