Just a shout out to any that might be interested...

'Good Piping' is a documentary film which explores the lives and music of eight uilleann pipers around Ireland. It premieres at the IFI in Dublin this Sunday, July 1st.

    Here's a trailer: http://vimeo.com/24786300 And here's the playbill

The film is made by Davis Watson, an American from Nashville Tennessee who fell in love with the pipes and spent the better part of two years in Ireland for shooting. It features musicians like Jimmy O'Brien Moran, Neillidh Mulligan and Seán McKiernan.

It's supported by Foras na Gaeilge and Alan Lomax's ACE. Entry to the premiere on Sunday is free for all and any.

P.S. Stickies suggested this plug is OK, as it's not commercial, but could be wrong
