I couldn't sleep naked wouldn be afraid of a fire and having to escape nekkid, or a burgular seeing me if he broke in.
I can't let my feet be uncovered in bed ever since I'm a kid I'm terrified that some hand will come out from under the bed and grab them. I think it was that dungeons and dragons cartoon that caused it.

Naked is the only way to go. Definately couldn't sleep in my bra. I do have that fear what would happen if there is fire so there is a tracksuit bottoms and t-shirt kept handy in the bedroom.

I went and bought the new Belvia bra from JML and it's just the most useless thing ever for hiding the little nips - I normally just wear a wireless one made from cotton. Nothing sexy but after 12+ years with my OH I really don't care what he sees anymore

On a more serious note , in the event of fire and you are bollock naked,male and with a fan at the end of the bed...a collision could be truly catastrophic.

Yeah run freezing water through your hands for a minute or two before you get into bed. It will cool your core down because the blood that pumps to your hands will be cooled going back through your body.

Might help a bit.
