iPad 3 to get new enhanced screen?

I was reasearching iPads a few months before the new one came out and I remember sharp had some LCD screen technology that would've been brighter and offered better colour and contrast. It wasn't included in the new iPads because of manufacturing delays and production problems so say the rumours.

Now though, I came across this news that it may be included this summer probably in the existing models. http://www.technobuffalo.com/companies/apple/ipad/new-ipad-allegedly-launching-this-summer

Whenever I hear these rumours I think no. Apple only upgrade them once a year regardless of how many people think a new model will come out half way through the year.
I'm hoping that's the case because I just got my iPad 3 over a month ago. It would be a fair kick in the balls if they enhanced the screen just a few months after launching it in March.

Will this be saved for the 2013 model or would they upgrade it over the next few months?

Every year there are rumours about Apple releasing a new iPad in the summer or early autumn. Every year. The blogs just recycle the same crap over and over again for hits.
