    Just spotted today - extension of Swan Cinema Planning (3/06/2012) Ref no. 2717/12. 5 new auditoriums (8 in total). Bit overwhelming front elevation IMHO, will see how they do.

    They want to turn the AIB bank into a Restaurant.

    The whole thing seems a bit ambitious at the moment.
