You have to eat proteins to loose weight and gain muscle.

    Heres what i eat.

    Sushi,Salmon,Tuna,Ground sirlon,ground beef.Chicken and turkey breast.
    Boiled eggs.Cereals.
Loads of fruits,Bananas is my favorite.
Bread it have to be brown bread in small portions.White bread avoided.
I am 6`2" and was 110kg,and am now down to 100 kg and starting to gain lean muscle.
    It takes time and patience.;)
I am following the starting strenght and 5x5 programs, and combined with cardio you will loose weight and gain muscle,i have had great sucsess with both of them.:D
    Good luck

    stay away from beer

    eat plenty of fish

drink cayenne and honey pepper (you can get this drink in some health food shops),as your local health food shop assistant(they know most of the product range)about what fat burning drinks you can buy..

try making your own soups in bulk and storing them or buy a few soups and have them 3-4 times a week as a low fat filler.

rice cakes are great or ryvita crackers..

Yes mince,i use it with pasta to get some carbs before workouts, spaghetti bolognese etc.
    Cereal weetabix or cheerios.
I have 5 eggs and cereal before workout, 3 bananas after.
On restdays just 1 liter of milk and cereal with 2 bananas in the cereal.
Sometimes also brownbread with salmon or tuna to vary it
Or brownbread with slice of turkeybreast.
You can combine as you wish basically;)
