Best bank for a mortgage?

    Hey! Just wondering can anyone advise on what the best bank is for a mortgage. Looking at things like interest rates. Also curious which bank offers the highest loan to salary rate? I understand BOI offer 4.5 to 1? Also are credit unions better than banks for mortgages?
