Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Padoin comes in for Lichtsteiner on the right for Juve. Expect Ribery to rip him a new one. I don't give Juve a chance tonight.

Adriano is some asset for barca, can shoehorn him in anywhere and hell do fine there. I read somewhere hes played practically ever position for em at one point or another?

Even during his time with Sevilla, he was underrated or perhaps better put, went rather unnoticed for a long time till the season before Barca signed him. Very good footballer.

Said it the last match but if you play 3 at the back against wingers the calibre of Robben and Ribery...

Not sure who is watching juventus buyern match but it was on when I turned on the tv and there was a juve playing in agony and a buyern player got a yellow card. They showed the fould again and for the love of whatever I can't see how the ref got it so wrong

Was it not Alex who scuffed the free out?

    No

But only for the second touch it was going to be a one on one.

Defo a foul on Lucas there. Surprised Thiago Motta didn't get sent off for that innocuous flick with the hand, given it's at the Nou Camp and all :p

As soon as the Barca player touched the ball he would have been free to tackle him, or block him.

All he had to do was to stand with his foot in front of the ball

Psg on top here! Lavezzi has been wasteful

PSG will have to tire playing like this.

Moura causing a bit of concern for Barca with his pace. He can fairly stick on the afterburners.

Messi going to have no nails left if he keeps biting them like that.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,222 ✭✭✭✭Will I Amnt

I hope Ibra seen that flag because he didn't make much of an effort to get on the end of that.

PSG have had so many good chances that they have wasted....if Messi comes on for the 2nd half they could pay.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,887 ✭✭✭✭klose

Must they show a clip of messi on the bench every 5 minutes

Good first half despite no goals. Both teams look like they could score. It will be an interesting second half.

Would be fairly sure they'll only bring Messi on if PSG take the lead, just in case he aggravates his injury and is out long-term.

They have no one to go through in attack....they rely so much on Messis ability

Yet people on here will continue to call him a world class defender.

No surprise at all to see his role in the goal.
