Bus to Carrigaline from Douglas

Can anyone tell me what buses go to Carrigaline, apart from the 222 (which doesn't look very regular)? Where can I get the bus back to Douglas from Carrigaline (where does it stop in Carrigaline)? Need to know asap please! Thanks.

bus stops on the main street in carraigaline.
