UPC,..How many connection points ?

    How many connection points are UPC customers intitled to with a standard installation, I was thinking 2 but I'm open to correction.

    No, there was 1 old "cablelink" point on the windowsill which was disconnected from the outside box years ago,..anyway upc guy called & said he could only do 1 point because a 2nd was not requested,..so the customer has to request a standard installation otherwise you get a below standard 1 point installation:rolleyes:

    1 digital box, 1 socket.

    Why would you assume you'd get 2 points?

    @colm_mcm, don't be so quick to cast doubt, UPC have since informed me that customers are entitghtled to 2 points per house but you must request the 2nd point when you book an installation.

    They charge extra for the 2nd point. Besides an installation charge it's 5 Euro per month, every month forever. So yes you are entitled to as many points as you pay for.
